All booking, payment and cancellation terms are provided by Joxilox at the time of booking and form part of your travel agreement with them.
Clothes Free Safari is hosted by Nick and Lins under Destination Clothes Free.
All accommodation, transport and safari operations are organised and contracted through Joxilox.
Participants enter into a travel agreement directly with Joxilox.
This is a small, private group experience.
We expect:
• Respect for others
• Mature and appropriate behaviour
• Respect for designated clothes-free and clothed environments
• Compliance with safari safety rules
This code applies throughout the full duration of the experience.
We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour disrupts the group or compromises safety.
Travel and safari activities involve inherent risks, including wildlife encounters, weather conditions, transportation disruptions and health incidents.
In the event of circumstances beyond reasonable control of the hosts, including government restrictions, natural events or park closures, the applicable operator terms will apply.
By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
Nick and Lins are not liable for operational services provided by Joxilox or other third parties.
Participants are responsible for:
• Their own health and fitness
• Valid travel documents
• Compliance with local laws
• Following all safety instructions
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended.
We collect only the information necessary to review your application and communicate regarding the experience.
This may include your name, email address and trip-related details you provide.
How we use your data:
• Application review
• Trip communication
• Coordination with our operating partner
Your information may be shared with Joxilox only when required to organise your participation in the safari.
We do not sell your personal data.
You may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR where applicable.
This experience is hosted by Nick and Lins under Destination Clothes Free.
All accommodation, transport, safari activities and on-the-ground logistics are organised and contracted exclusively through Joxilox, a South African tour operator. By joining this experience, you understand that your travel agreement is directly with Joxilox.
Nick and Lins act as hosts. We are not the tour operator.
Participation requires:

• Following all safety instructions given by guides and staff
• Appropriate behaviour in clothes-free and clothed environments
We reserve the right to refuse or remove any participant whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive or disrespectful. In such cases, any refund is subject to the applicable operator terms.

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel and cancellation insurance.
