THE DESTINATION
THE DESTINATION & where to find it
Sérignan Plage Nature is the naturist half of a larger complex that includes an adjacent textile campsite. Both sections share the same coastal strip on the Mediterranean in Herault. Guests of the clothes-free side can cross to the textile side when dressed, and some facilities, including the spa and one restaurant, are shared. The clothes-free section has its own pool, beach access, restaurant, shop, and animation programme. The rating is 5 stars, and the standard of facilities reflects that clearly. The setting is flat and open, typical of this stretch of the French Mediterranean coast. White sand, clear shallow water, and direct beach access from the campsite define the physical character. The clothes-free section holds around 300 places: approximately 180 camping pitches and 120 rental units.
THE EXPERIENCE
THE EXPERIENCE & what to expect
The pool area is the central gathering point during the day. At 68 metres long and 8 metres wide, the depth runs from 0.4 metres at the shallow end to 1.3 metres at the deep end. A paddling pool of 15 by 8 metres sits alongside for younger children at 25 centimetres depth. The pool has the feel of a resort installation rather than a campsite pool, and guests who find a sun lounger early tend to hold it through the day.
Two restaurants serve distinct purposes. Le Clos des Oliviers is for the clothes-free section only, with mixed cuisine, snacks through the day, and a terrace where nudity is the norm. Inside, clothing is required. La Villa is Italian in style and accessible from both the clothes-free and the textile sections; the terrace is relaxed, but clothing is required inside. The quality of Le Clos des Oliviers stands out in particular, driven in part by the team running the service.
The Balneo spa complex is shared between both sections of the campsite. From 9 am until 1 pm, nudity is obligatory throughout. After 1 pm, swimwear is required. The spa features multiple pools, a large jacuzzi, and a range of massage and beauty treatments. Many guests structure their day around this 1 pm transition point.
Rental accommodation is divided between mobile homes and safari tents. The safari tents are positioned on a sandy strip directly beside the beach and are among the most sought-after spots on any clothes-free campsite in France. They regularly sell out months before the season opens. Mobile homes near the pool are spacious, well-decorated, and screened from neighbouring units by dense planting. All rental accommodation includes free use of bicycles. The on-site naturist club, Gymno Club Mediterraneen, actively supports first-timers throughout the season.

what to know
Book early: this is not a campsite where late availability is common in peak season. For the Balneo spa, nudity is allowed until 1pm; after that, swimwear is required throughout. Clothes-free guests can access the textile section of the campsite when dressed, which adds shopping, further dining options, and a tourist information office to the available facilities. The Gymno Club Mediterraneen is an active naturist club on-site and a good contact point for anyone new to clothes-free camping. The staff communicates in French, English, German, Dutch, Italian, and Spanish.
