THE DESTINATION

THE DESTINATION & where to find it

Sant Vicent del Raspeig is a quiet town that borders Alicante to the north. It sits on high ground, giving the area wide views across to the Mediterranean coast and the city below. Alicante itself has sandy beaches (including some clothes-free ones), a hilltop castle, a lively harbour promenade and plenty of restaurants serving fresh seafood.

The climate is reliably warm and dry from spring through autumn, with average highs above 20 °C for most of the year. Summer temperatures regularly reach the mid 30s. Winter is mild, but it can be too cool for comfortable outdoor time without clothes.

Alicante-Elche airport is only 20 minutes away by car. That makes Lavinia one of the most accessible clothes-free stays in southern Spain, particularly for visitors flying in from northern Europe on budget airlines.

THE EXPERIENCE

THE EXPERIENCE & what to expect

Lavinia feels more like staying with friends than checking into a hotel. Annemie and Wim greet every guest personally and are present throughout each stay. They join guests for dinner, offer local tips and handle requests with little fuss. The atmosphere is relaxed, unhurried and social without being forced.

Each of the five villas is spacious, well-equipped, tastefully decorated, and has its own private terrace with sun loungers and patio furniture. The villas give you a comfortable base to relax and enjoy the breakfast that arrives at your door each morning.

Dinners are a highlight. Five nights a week, a three-course meal is served at the communal table. Guests eat together, which creates an easy, social mood. Afternoon ice cream is brought out to the pool area as a small (but meanwhile famous) extra touch.

Beyond meals, the resort provides two outdoor swimming pools, a sauna and a jacuzzi. There is also a bar and a shared lounge for cooler evenings. Shopping delivery and made-to-order lunches are all available on request. With only five villas, the resort never feels crowded. It is a calm, personal place where clothes-free living is the comfortable default from arrival to departure.

GETTING THERE & what to know

getting there

Alicante-Elche airport is approximately 20 minutes from the resort by car. Most European budget airlines serve Alicante year-round, with extra frequency in summer. From the airport, a taxi or hire car is the simplest option.

The resort is located on a hilltop in Sant Vicent del Raspeig. The final approach includes a steep driveway. Guest parking is at the bottom of the hill alongside the road, so be prepared to walk up on arrival. If you are hiring a car, the location also makes a good base for day trips along the Costa Blanca.

where to stay
Lavinia has five private villas, all clothes-free. Each villa includes a full kitchen, private terrace with sun loungers and quality furnishings throughout. Pricing falls in the mid-range bracket for clothes-free accommodation in Spain. Breakfast is included in every stay. Dinner is available five nights per week, included in the half board package. The villas are spacious enough for longer stays. Check the resort website for current rates and seasonal pricing.
when to go
The best months to visit are March through November. Summer (June to September) brings reliable heat, with highs in the low 30s. Spring and autumn are warm enough for comfortable outdoor time and are quieter periods. Winter is mild compared to northern Europe, but temperatures can drop below what most people find comfortable for clothes-free living outdoors. Pool use is most enjoyable from April to October.
what to know

Lavinia is a fully clothes-free resort. Nudity is expected in all shared outdoor areas, including the pools, terraces and communal spaces. Towels are required on shared seating and sun loungers.

The resort is small, with only five villas, so booking well in advance is recommended, especially for summer. Mobile reception and Wi-Fi are available. The owners speak multiple languages and are happy to help with local recommendations, transport or shopping.

FAQ

most asked questions

Is Lavinia suitable for first-time naturists?

Yes. The small size and personal atmosphere make it a comfortable introduction to clothes-free holidays. Annemie and Wim are welcoming hosts who put newcomers at ease. With only five villas, the resort feels private rather than exposed.

What meals are included?

Breakfast is delivered to your villa every morning. It includes fresh home-cooked bread, eggs cooked to order, coffee, orange juice and yoghurt. A three-course dinner is served at the communal table five nights per week, included at the half board package.

Do I need a car to get around?

A car is not essential if you plan to spend most of your time at the resort. The owners can arrange shopping delivery and help with logistics. However, a hire car is useful if you want to explore the beaches or the wider Costa Blanca area.

How far is Lavinia from the airport?

Alicante-Elche airport is about 15 minutes away by car. This makes Lavinia one of the easiest clothes-free resorts to reach in southern Spain. A taxi from the airport is straightforward.

Is the resort suitable for people with mobility issues?

The steep driveway and hilltop location may present challenges. Parking is at the bottom of the hill, so guests need to walk uphill to reach the villas. Contact the owners directly to discuss your specific needs before booking.
